Ask before you apply

This page is for questions. It is not the application. If you already know you want to be considered, the application is a separate form and it asks for more.

Most questions are already answered in writing. The FAQ covers cost, ownership, eligibility, timing and what is not included, and the program terms cover the binding version of all of it. If your question is on either page, you will get an answer faster by reading than by waiting on a reply.

(540) 792-3635. For questions about the program. Applications are not taken over the phone.
Hours
Monday to Friday, business hours, Eastern time. Not staffed evenings, weekends or holidays. If the phone goes to voicemail, leave a message and it will be returned.
Reply time
Within 2 business days for email and the form. One person answers, so that is a real estimate rather than a promise of an instant reply.

Location
Culpeper, Virginia. There is no walk-in office and no visitor parking, so please write or call first.
Do not send
Donor lists, financial records or anything containing personal data about the people you serve. None of it is needed to answer a question.

Apply when you are ready

The build is donated. Hosting is $25 a month for the first 12 months, then $50. Rolling, no deadline, a decision within 2 weeks of a complete application.
